 安徽省芜湖市第二人民医院门急诊医技住院综合楼工程建设过程采取了3M建设管理模式，通过这一模式中更新管理理念、创新管理模式、改革管理方法的实现，确保了医院工程优质、高速的建设目标。

 一、工程概况

 安徽省芜湖市第二人民医院门急诊、医技住院综合楼工程于2006年底开始筹备，2007年3月通过方案规划，意在医院门急诊原址上建造一座现代化、智能化大楼。2008年4月工程开工，于2010年8月投入使用。
