摘 要：文章从台风对医院造成的影响及损失出发分析其原因，对配电房设计的规范要求、永久性结构以及配电房门窗样式等提出对策建议，以达到满足使用功能、消除安全影响的目的。

 Abstract： The article analyzes the impact and the loss caused by the typhoon； proposes the requirements to the design of the power distribution room， permanent structure and patterns of windows and doors to meet the function purpose and eliminate safety concerns.
