摘 要：文章结合a作者医院建设管理实践及经验，从决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段4个方面，介绍了各阶段进行投资控制的意义、重点和存在的问题，并就一些问题提出了建议。

 Abstract： The article introduces hospital construction management experience， from decision-making， design， construction， and completed stage； explains the significance of investment control， focus and problems of each stage， and proposes recommendations on some issues.
