【摘要】 目的 对边缘性人格障碍的流行病学、临床表现、诊断问题、药物治疗情况作一综述，有助于临床工作者提高对边缘性人格障碍的认识。方法 对近年来国内外有关边缘性人格障碍的研究和文献进行整理和回顾。结果 发现迄今国内对边缘性人格障碍的研究还很少，国外则有较多和较深入的研究。 结论 对边缘性人格障碍的研究应予以重视。

 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the study of Borderline Personality Disorder(BPD), which mainly covered some aspects such as epidemic, clincal symptom, diagnosis and medicine therapy, then to improve the recognition of clinical workers. Methods To review some studies and literatures of BPD during the recent years. Results There were few domestic researches in the BPD, but more and deeper studies abroad. Conclusion The study of BPD must be paid great attention to.
