【摘要】 目的 以阿立哌唑为对照，比较洛沙平治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法 将68例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分别给予洛沙平和阿立哌唑治疗8周，应用PANSS量表和TESS量表评定疗效和不良反应。结果 治疗前后两组间PANSS总分及减分率差异无显著性，洛沙平起效快于阿立哌唑，其主要不良反应为嗜睡及锥体外系反应。结论 洛沙平是一种起效快而安全的抗精神病药物。

A Comparative Study of Loxapin and Aripiprazole in the Treatment of First-schizophrenia. Liu Mingshan, Che Lina. The Retired Army's Hospital of Weifang, Weifang 261011, P.R.China
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and side effects of loxapin and aripiprazole in the treatment of first-schizophrenia. Methods 68 cases of first-schizophrenia were randomly assigned to loxapin group and aripiprazole group for 8 weeks. PANSS and TESS were used to measure efficacy and side effects. Results The total scores and decreasing scores of PANSS had no significant differences between the two groups, but loxapin took effects quicklier. The main side effects of loxapin were Esp. Conclusion Loxapin is an safe and effective antipsychotic agent.
