【摘要】 目的 比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和安 全性。方法 对60例老年精神分裂症的住院患者随机分为两组，分别用阿立 哌唑和利培酮治疗8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效，用副反应量表(TESS)评 定不良反应。结果 阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症患者的临床疗效 差异无显著性。两组不良反应阿立哌唑组少而轻。结论 阿立哌唑治疗老年 精神分裂症疗效好，不良反应少。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the eficacy and safety between aripi prazole and risperidone in the treatment of senile schizophrenia. Method s 60 senile sch izophrenias were randonfly divided into two groups. They received aripiprazole a nd fisperidone respectively for 8 weeks. The efficacies and side efects were ass essed by positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS), treatment emengent symptomscale(TESS). Results The efieacies of both aripiprazole and ris pefidone to trea t senile schizophrenias were similar, A had less effects than risperidone. Condusion Aripiprazole is all efective and safe drug in the treatmen t of senile schimphrenias. Its side efects were fewer. ......
