【摘要】 目的 考察大学生的主观幸福感状况。方法 使用主观 幸福感问卷对409名大学生的主观幸福感状况进行调查。结果 ①从整体上 看，大学生的主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平，倾向于体验到较高水平的积极情感、较低水平 的消极情感，但在生活满意度上有待提高；②健康状况不同的学生其主观幸福感存在显著差 异。此外，在积极情感维度上，存在显著的年级差异；在生活满意度方面，性别、城乡差异 显著；③主观幸福感由认知成分和情感成分 组成，其中认知成分即生活满意度，情感成分包括积极情感和消极情感。它们都是主观幸福 感强有力的预测指标，主观幸福感与生活满意度和积极情感呈显著正相关，而与消极情感呈 显著负相关。其中情感成分的预测力大于认知成分对主观幸福感的预测力。结论大学生的主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the subjective well-being of colleg e students. Methods Based on a sample of 409 college students, th e subjective well-being was evaluated by questionnaire. Results①As a whole, college students' subjective well-being had the hyper-mean level . They were inclined to experience more po sitive affections and less negative affections, but the life satisfaction shouldbe improved.②Significant health condition differences were found in subjectivewell-being and significant grade differences in positive affections. There wer e significant gender differences in life satisfaction which urban and rural stud ents also differ in.③Subjective well-being consisted of cognitive component (l if e satisfaction) and emotional component (positive and negative affection).
