【摘要】 目的 探讨阿立哌唑合并碳酸锂治疗急性躁狂症的疗效和安全性。方法 对急性躁狂症随机分为研究组和对照组，分别用阿立哌唑合并碳酸锂、氯 氮平合并碳酸锂治疗。以Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)评定疗效，以副作用量表(TESS)评 价安全性。结果 研究组治疗第1、2周末BRMS评分均明显低于对照组(P0.05)；研究组治疗后各时段TESS评分均低于对照组。结论阿立哌唑合并碳酸锂治疗急性躁狂症疗效好，安全性好，起效较慢。

 【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of aripipraz ole combined with lithium in the treatment of acute mania. MethodsAll patients with ac ute mania were randomly into treatment group and control group, the treatment gr oup were given aripiprazole combined with lithium, control group were given cloz apine combined with lithium. The study lasted for 8 weeks. The efficacy and safe ty were evaluated with mania rating scale (MRMS) and treatment emergant symptomscale (TESS) respectively. Results The scones of MRMS ware signif icant lower th at of control group after 1 and 2 week, The scones of MRMS were no significant d ifferences between two groups after 4 and 8 week. The efficacy of treatmen t group after 8 week was similar to control group. The scones of TESS ware signi ficant lower that of control group after 1, 2, 4, 8week.
