【摘要】 目的 对氯硝西泮与丙咪嗪治疗儿童社交恐怖症的疗效及不良反应比较 。方法 儿童社交恐怖症36例(男15例，女21例，年龄12.23±2.30岁，病 程2.13±0.84年)，采用氯硝西泮1~4mg/d.po.治疗8周。另外，采用丙咪嗪治疗同类病人32 例(男性14例，女性18例，年龄12.56±2.53岁，病程2.29±0.91年)，用量25~75mg/d，p o.治疗8周。结果 氯硝西泮组显 效率为56%，总有效率为81%，丙咪嗪显效率为50%，总有效率75%，两组疗效差异无显著 意义(P>0.05),氯硝西泮组不良反应较丙咪嗪少。结论 氯硝西 泮对儿童社交恐怖症有肯定的治疗作用，近、远期疗效较好，且不良反应少。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect and side effect of clonazep am and imipramine in the treatment of children's social phobia. MethodsThirty-six pati ents with chirdren social phobia were given clonazepam for 8 weeks. Another thir ty-two same patients were given imipramine for 8 weeks. ResultsThe excellent repo nse rates of clonazepam group and imipramine group were 56% and 50%, the total r esponse rates of clonazepam group and imipramine group were 81% and 75%, respect ively (P>0.05). Adverse reactions of clonazepam group were less th an imipramine group. Condusion Clonazepam is really efficacious i n treating childern social phobia, adverse reactions of clonazepam is mild andrare. ......
