  【摘要】 目的 对近10年来，心理干预在国内高血压治疗中的实验效果进行总的 检验与评估。方法 搜集整理有关文献，对有效资料进行分类，采用元分析 效果量的计算方法，对高血压心理干预后的心理量表值和血压变化值进行研究。结 果 心理指标总效果量为0.790，95%的置信区间为(0.754，0.826)；生理指标舒 张压的总效果量为0.666，95%的置信区间为(0.631，0.700)。结论 心 理干预对高血压治疗有十分显著的效果。

 【Abstract】 Objective To Verify and evaluate the effect of psychologica l intervention on hypertension in recent ten years. MethodsSe arching the published randomizedstudies of the psychological intervention on hypertension in our country by el ectronic and manual retrieving. Total 24 pieces of literatures were retrieved.The effect size of these research papers are coded and computed. Result s The t otal effect size of psychometric index is 0.790, the confidence interval at 95%is (0.754, 0.826); the total effect size of blood pressure is 0.666, the confide nce interval at 95% is (0.631, 0.700).
