【摘要】 目的 调查综合医院实习医师的心理健康状况，为更好地指导临床实习 提供理论依据。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)与自行设计的一般情况 调查量表，对在综合医院实习的西医与中医实习医师分别进行调查。结果与常模相比，实习医师的SCL-90总分与 各因子分均存在异常，以躯体化、抑郁、敌对、偏执和总分较为突出。性别与家庭经济状况 对其心理有明显影响。不同院校其总分与各因子分不存在明显差异。结论实习医师存在明显的心理问题，应给予及时的心理健康教育与适当的干预措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigete the psychological healthy conditio n of intern andto offer theory forthe clinical prctice. Methods The intern f rom medical and C hinese medical university were tested by SCL-90 and a general condition questio naire designed by ourselves. Results Compared with the common c ontrol, the totalscore and factor scores were significantly different. The factor scores of soma tization, depression, hostility, and paranoia were significantly increased. Bothsex and economic scene can make a difference on the psychology. The total scoreand factor scores were not found significantly different between both universit ies. ConclusionThere wre psychological problems in the internof both universi ties, which we should pay more attention, as well as timely health education andright interference. ......
