【摘要】 目的 研究盐酸帕罗西汀对肠易激综合征(IBS)伴焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。 方法 Zung氏抑郁量表(SDS)≥40分者；Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)>14分 者，服用帕罗西汀10～30mg tid(失眠烦躁明显者每晚临时服用苯二氮卓类药物1周)治疗 ，6周后用SDS及HAMA的减分率评定疗效。以减分率>25%且躯体症状有改善为有效。结果 86例患者中焦虑抑郁障碍改善 达84%以上，躯体症状改善达540以上。结论 帕罗西汀可有效改善肠易激 综合征伴有的焦虑抑郁及躯体性不适症状。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of paroxetine hydrochlori de on irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety and depression. Methods The patients of irr itable bowel syndrome, whose scores of SDS were higher or equal to 40 and HAMA h igher or equal to 14 were treated with 10~30mg tid parexrtine hydrochloride (amo ng them had seriacis sleeplessness were treated with drugs of every night for aweek). After six weeks treatment, the curative effects were tested by SDS and HA MA. Results Among the 86 patients, 80% were improved in their a nxiety and depression, and 54% in their so matization symptom. Conclusio n Paroxetine hydrochlor ide can improve anxiety, depression and somatization symptom of irritable bowelsyndrome effectually. ......
