【摘要】 目的 研究首次住院精神疾病患者的死亡原因。方法回顾性分析首次住院死亡精神疾病患者的病历资料，进行统计学分析。结果 首次住院死亡91例，死亡原因有躯体疾 病、猝死、治疗综合征、自杀、意外事故，分别占50.5%、22.0%、11.0%、8.8%、7.7%；住 院10天内死亡45例(49.5%)。结论 躯体疾病、猝死是导致首次住院精神 病人死亡的主要原因，医护人员应高度重视住院10天内的精神病患者。

【Abstract】 Objective To research death reasonof meatal disorder hosp italizations. Methods 91 hospitalizations those died in hospitalwere reviewed. Data were analyzed. Results Physics disease (50.8% ) was most common deat h reason, followed by accidence (19.5%) and sudden death (19.5%). Death happenedon f irst time hospitalization was 91(71.1%). Death happened in 10 days of hospitaliz a tion was 60(46.9%). The occurrence of death was common on nighttime, after lunchand three meal time. Conclusion Physics disease, accidence andsudden death were main reasons of mental disorder hospitalizations. Medical work e rs should throw high light on the patients who were first time hospitalization,or i n first 10 days after hospitalization the mentally ill, and take more care on sp ecial time. ......
