【摘要】 目的 探讨汉族和维吾尔族酒精所致精神障碍患者心理状态(临床症状 )异同。方法 对入组的40例维吾尔族和40例汉族酒精所致精神障碍患者采 用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评估分析。结果 两组在受教育年限，SCL-90 的抑郁，敌意，妄想及总分上面有显著性差异。结论 两民族问题趋同性更 高，汉族组中抑郁、敌意、妄想等更高，可能是两民族间的 民族文化，个性特征差异的反应。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the similarities and differences o f psychotropic Symptom, Hanzu and Uygur Metal disorders of patients with alcoholabuse. Methods From Jan.2004 to 30th Dec.2005, the patients withMental disorders due touse of alcohol (including to 40 Hanzu cases and 40 Uygui cases) were tested bySCL-90. Results There were significant differences in educationdepression, delu sion, hostility and total points between Hanzu patients and Uygur patients. Conclusion Two nation's commonness are higher. Han subjects have hi gher scores on d epression delusion and hostility, maybe because of two nation's cultural differe nces and personality differences. ......
