【摘要】 目的 了解临床护士的心理状态。方法 采用90项症状 自评量表(SCL-90)对268名护士进行问卷调查。结果 临床护士总分、总均 分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分明显高于正常人群；9组症状群因子中除恐怖、精神病性因 子外，其他7个因子分明显高于常模组；ICU科室护士较非ICU科室护士心理健康状态差，已 婚护士较未婚护士心理健康状态差。结论 临床护士心理状态不佳，应引起 有关部门的高度重视，采取相应的干预措施。
