【摘要】 目的 了解精神科护士心理健康状况。方法 用症状自 评量表(SCL-90)，对芜湖市精神病医院30名护士进行调查。结果 精神科护 士SCL- 90量表阳性项目平均分、人际关系、精神病性因子分低于中国常模，其它各因子分两者无统 计学差异。结论 精神科护士心理健康状况较好。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mental health status of psychiatri c nurses. Methods 30 nurses in Wuhu Mental Hospital were invest igated with SCL-90. Results The positive average score, persona l relationship and psychotic factor are lower than the norm in psychiatric nurse s, while there ave no significance in other factors. ConclusionThe mental health level of psychiatric nurses are better.
