【摘要】 目的 了解马尔康市公务员的主观幸福感。方法 采用 总体幸福感量表(GWB)对马尔康市85位在职公务员进行调查，并用SPSS 13.0对数据进行整 理分析。结果 23.61%的被调查者主观幸福感呈中等水平，61.11%主观幸福 感较高，15.28%主观幸福感高。结论马尔康市公务员主观幸福感普遍偏高，并且幸福感程度与性别和是否是当地人不相关，而与 其民族呈显著相关，汉族体验到的幸福感低于少数民族。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the subject well-being of the o fficials in Ma'erkang city. Methods 85 officials in Ma'erkang cit y were surveyed by the General Well-Being Schedule. And the data was analyzed b y the software SPSS 13.0. Results 23.61% of the officials surve yed feel medium level of well-being, while 61.11% of them feel higher level and15.28% feel the highest. Conclusion Most of the officials in Ma' erkang city feel high level of well-being. And the level they feel is not relat ed to their gender and hometown, but has relation with their nation.
