【摘要】 目的 对青少年时间管理倾向与自我和谐进行初步的相关性研究，以探 讨在时间管理倾向的3个维度：时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感上对自我和谐的影响 。方法通过分层取样的方法，采用“时间管理倾向量表”(TMD)和“自我和谐量表”对不同 年龄层的152名青少年施测。结果 时间价值感的高低与自我和谐无显著相 关，而时间监控观与时间效能感对自我和谐有显著影响。结论 时间管理作 为一项动力性人格特征，是影响 自我和谐的一个因素。

 【Abstract】 Objective To learn the relationship between adolescence t ime mana gement disposition and self consistency and congruence. To investigate the effec t of self consistency and congruence on three dimensions of time management disp osition notably, time value, time monitor and time efficacy. Methods 152 teenag ers with different ages were assessed with Time Management Disposition Questionn aire and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale. Results Both ti me monitor and efficacy have positive correlation towards self consistency and c ongruence; while individual attitude on time value have no significant correlati on with self consistency and congruence.
