【摘要】 目的 研究大学生的竞争态度与人格的关系。方法 采用竞争态度量表和大五人格问卷对哈尔滨市5所高校351名学生进行调查。结果 良性竞争与外倾性、自觉性有显著的正相关，与宜人性有显著的负相关，过度竞争态度与神经质、外倾性有显著的正相关，与开放性、宜人性有显著的负相关。其中外倾性，宜人性是预测大学生竞争态度的稳定因素。另外竞争态度在性别、专业类型及年级方面也存在着差异。结论 大学生的竞争态度与人格存在着相关关系。

 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between competition attitude and personality of undergraduates. Methods Competition attitude questionnaire and Big Five Personality questionnaire were administrated to 351 undergraduates fiom 5 universities in Harbin. Results Correlation between positive competition attitude and extraversion, conscientiousness is significantly positive; Correlation between positive competition and agreeableness is significantly negative; Correlation between excessive competition attitude and neuroticism, extraversion is significantly positive; Correlation between excessive competition attitude and openness, agreeableness is significantly negative. And extraversion and agreeableness are the stable factors to the competition attitude of undergraduates. The differences of the competition attitude are found in gender, major and grade.
