【摘要】 目的 研究医护人员自我和谐与总体幸福感状况以及两者之间的关系。方法 对202名医护人员，运用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)进行测量。结果 男性总体幸福感高于女性；医生和检验师的总体幸福感以及自我的灵活性均高于护士。除自我的刻板性外，总体幸福感与自我和谐总分及其它各因子呈不同程度的相关。结论 自我和谐的程度越高，总体幸福感就越高。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of Self Consistency and Congruence and General Well-being of medical personnel and their relationship. Methods By using Self Consistency and Congruence(SCSS) and General Well-being(GWB), 202 medical personnel physicians were tested. Results Male medical personnel have higher scores of general well-being than female; Doctors and checkers have higher scores of general well-being and self flexibility than nurse. Scores of general well-being are correlated with self consistency and congruence except self starch. Conclusion The higher self consistency and congruence, the higher general well-being. ......
