【摘要】 目的 了解党政干部的心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、卡特尔16种人格因素测验对213名领导干部作了测评，并用SPSS 11.0软件对数据进行处理。结果 党政干部心理健康状况总体上明显好于普通人群，但有22.4%的党政干部存在轻度的心理健康问题，极个别党政干部存在严重心理健康问题。结论 组织部门在重视党政干部的政治、思想、业务素质的同时还应重视他们的心理健康素质，采取措施对党政干部进行有效的心理保健，提高管理绩效。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of Leader's mental health. Methods 213 leaders were investigated with 16PF and SCL-90, the data were analyzed with SPSS program. Results Although 22.4% of the samples have the psychological problems and a few of them are more severe, the status of leader's mental health is better than common people. Conclusion Besides of their politics, thought and work, The leader's mental health should be paid more attention and some methods should be taken to care leader's mental health and advance the manage performance.
