【摘要】走在当今的校园中，很容易听到几个三五成群学生们高谈阔论某某网络游戏。玩网络游戏已成为当今校园里一个非常普遍的现象，很多学生因玩网络游戏而荒废了学业，这已经成为一个不可忽视的问题。本文探讨了1例森田疗法治疗网络成瘾的案例，叙述了一年多的治疗过程并加以讨论。
