【摘要】 目的 了解中国法官的心理健康状况。方法 用SCL-90对154名中基层法官进行测试,并与全国常模进行比较。结果 基层法官在躯体化、强迫症状、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子得分均显著高于常模，差异极其显著；男女法官以及不同等级、不同类别法官的各因子得分没有显著差异。结论 基层法官的心理健康状况明显低于普通人群，存在一定的心理问题和症状。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health status of judges in Chinese primary and middle-level courts. Methods One hundred and fifty-four judges were tested with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). Results These judges had significantly higher scores on the scales of somatization, compulsive, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, and psychoticism than the norm; the differences between male and female judges, between different classes, and between judges of different kinds were not significant in all these scales.
