当前位置: 首页 期刊 《医学信息》 201414 编号：13689800 甲状腺癌的超声表现及诊断价值 http://www.100md.com 2014年4月9日 《医学信息》 201414 乳腺肿块,彩色多普勒超声,二维声像图,分析   摘要：目的探讨甲状腺癌的超声表现及诊断价值。方法对28例甲状腺癌患者的超声图像进行分析。结果28例甲状腺癌中，位于右侧13例，左侧10例，峡部1例，双侧叶病变4例。其中20例为单侧的甲状腺乳头状癌，1例为右侧乳头状癌合并左侧微小癌，双侧髓样癌与滤泡癌各1例，5例为单侧微小癌。结论彩超检查甲状腺方便、准确、无创伤，具有较高应用价值。

 Ultrasonographic Features and Diagnostic Value of Thyroid Carcinoma

 Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of ultrasonography and diagnosis of thyroid cancer.MethodsThe ultrasonic images of 28 cases of thyroid carcinoma were analyzed.ResultsIn 28 cases of thyroid carcinoma,13 cases were located on the right side,left side in 10 cases,1 cases of spondylolysis,4 cases of bilateral lobe lesion.Including 20 cases of unilateral thyroid papillary carcinoma,1 cases were right papillary carcinoma with left small cancer,bilateral medullary carcinoma and follicular carcinoma 1 cases,5 cases were unilateral microcarcinoma.ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasound examination of thyroid is convenient,accurate,noninvasive,has higher application value. ......
