摘 要：目的 探讨自制30°斜坡式自动充气枕对脑卒中鼻饲患者体位管理的临床效果。方法 选取2016年10月～2017年3月在我院老年护理病房住院的60例的脑卒中患者为研究对象，按数字随机表法分为观察组及对照组，每组30例。对照组采取目测经验法手动摇高床头，实验组采用30°斜坡式自动充气枕，对两组患者使用不同方法对鼻饲喂养体位、呛咳、脑卒中相关性肺炎感染率、压疮发生率以及满意度等指标进行评价。结果 观察组抬高床头角度的准确率为100.00%，高于对照组的76.78%，差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made 30° slope automatic inflatable pillow on the position management of patients with stroke and nasal feeding.Methods 60 stroke patients who were hospitalized in our aged care ward from October 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the numerical random table method，30 cases in each group.The control group was manually shaken by the visual experience method.The experimental group used a 30° slope-type automatic inflatable pillow.The two groups were compared with different methods for feeding the nasal feeding position，coughing，stroke-related pneumonia infection rate，pressure ulcer incidence rate and evaluation of indicators such as satisfaction.Results The accuracy of the bed height of the observation group was 100.00%，which was higher than that of the control group 76.78%，the difference was statistically significant(P, 百拇医药

 據2010年全球疾病负担研究(GBD2010)结果显示，脑卒中成为影响伤残调整寿命年的第三大原因。吞咽障碍是脑卒中患者中最常见的并发症之一。约11%的脑卒中并发吞咽障碍的患者将终身依赖鼻饲摄食[1]。对患者实施鼻饲疗法不仅改善重营养状况，更是减少急性误吸及预防相关性肺炎的有效措施。而鼻饲时体位角度不当是引起患者食物反流误吸的重要因素之一。目前临床上未有既能提供脑卒中鼻饲患者正确喂养床头角度，又能减轻护理人员工作量的切实有效的方法或者工具。为此，我院选取2016年10月～2017年3月在我院老年护理病房住院的60例的脑卒中患者自制30°斜坡式自动充气枕用于脑卒中鼻饲患者的体位管理，现报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(刘萍 傅继红) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
