 脑血管病已成为人类死亡的三大疾病之一，有较高的致残率和死亡率，存活患者中约70%～80%有不同程度的功能障碍，产生不同的并发症[1]。预防脑卒中与治疗同等重要。相关研究认为[2]，对脑卒中患者进行早期康复治疗，能够提高生活质量，降低致残率。国内外研究显示[3]，早期康复对某些缺血性卒中的并发症预防有益处。但早期康复与脑卒中合并代谢综合征(MS)患者并发症关系的报道不多见，本研究旨在探讨脑卒中合并MS患者早期康复介入与并发症的关系，为脑卒中的预防及预后提供参考。

 1资料与方法

 1.1一般资料 收集天津市黄河医院2014年5月～2017年5月收治的急性脑卒中患者310例，根据是否合并MS分为MS组152例和非MS组158例。MS组中，男79例，女73例，年龄60～76岁，平均年龄(67.91±7.82)岁；脑出血31例，脑梗死121例。非MS组中，男83例，女75例，年龄58～74岁，平均年龄(65.42±7.11)岁；脑出血34例，脑梗死124例。两组间年龄、性别、病变性质等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(王晓强 张艳军 贾琎 籍玉红) 第 1 2 页 下一页
