  【摘要】 目的 观察培元通脑胶囊治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹的疗效。方法 将符合纳入标准的80例患者随机分为两组：治疗组40例，在西医常规对症治疗的同时加用培元通脑胶囊，3粒/次，3次/日，口服；对照组40例，按西医常规对症治疗，疗程30 d，治疗结束后评价疗效，比较两组有效率。结果 两组经治疗后，患者的症状均得到了明显的改善，但治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论 培元通脑胶囊治疗脑卒中假性球麻痹疗效显著。
