 【摘要】 脂联素(adiponectin，APN)是脂肪细胞分泌的一种细胞因子，它是目前发现的唯一对人体有保护作用的脂源性激素，其浓度下降与糖尿病及其大血管病变密切相关。脂联素具有提高胰岛素敏感性，调节糖脂代谢，改善血液流变学，保护血管内皮和抑制动脉粥样硬化形成等作用，为防治2型糖尿病及糖尿病大血管病变提供新的药物治疗靶向。
