【摘要】 目的 探讨氨氯地平的药动学理论，治疗老年人原发性高血压病二级以上患者的临床治疗效果。方法 对老年人原发性高血压病二级以上患者57例，给予氨氯地平治疗10 mg，1次/d，晨间顿服，5 d后改为5 mg，1次/d，晨间顿服，疗程4周。观察患者用药前、后血压变化情况。结果 本组显效45例(78.95%)，有效10例(17.54%)，无效2例(3.51%)，总有效率96.49%，治疗4周后SBP由(160.7±19.8) mm Hg降至(130.4±9.16) mm Hg，DBP由(98.7±12.9) mm Hg降至(76.6±5.21) mm Hg。疗程结束后复查实验室指标均未出现明显变化。结论 应用氨氯地平治疗老年人原发性高血压病二级以上患者，降压达标快，血压波动小，患者依从性好，用药安全性高。
