 【摘要】 目的 了解目前缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防的现况。方法 对200名脑卒中门诊患者的高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、心房纤颤等高危因素的知晓情况、服药情况及控制情况进行询问和检查。着重了解抗血栓药，特别是阿司匹林的服用情况和未服原因。结果 规律服用阿司匹林者占被调查者的28.5%，高血压的控制率仅为43.3%，有10%的被调查者从未检测过血糖；被调查患者的戒烟率为27.3%；戒酒率为39.7%。结论 目前我国脑卒中患者二级预防的现状不容乐观。

 A study on secondary prevention of 200 patients with ischemic stroke FU Ke-fei,MENG Xiang-ya.Thrombus Medical Treatment Center of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine of Liaoning, Shenyang 110101,China

 【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the study is to determine the rate of compliance with secondary stroke prevention and to identify the reasons for poor compliance.Methods Of the consecutive patients admitted to the neurological department of hospital between Jul 3,2009 and Aug 29,2009,200 patients with ischemic stroke were involved in this investigation and were finally evaluated. The proportion of patients compliant with prevention of risk factors (hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia) was evaluated.Results In the 200 patients, the rate of antithrombotic drug compliance was 28.5%.Of the patients with hypertension,diabetes,only 76.7% and 59.1% were still treated for their respective risk factors.Conclusion Compliance with secondary prevention in patients with ischemic stroke is poor in the setting of our study.Doctors should attach importance to secondary prevention and provide stroke patients detailed guidelines for the use of preventive drugs. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
