 【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理措施。方法 回顾性分析48例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施的病情观察护理及健康教育。结果 48例患者经治疗护理后，除3例合并肺部感染、心肺功能不全、多脏器功能衰竭、脑梗死死亡外，其余45例病情逐渐好转出院，临床治愈好转率为93.8%。结论 早期采用合理的治疗措施及严密的监测，合理有效的观察护理及健康教育，有助于稳定糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的病情，降低病死率。

 The clinical nursing for diabetic ketoacidosis XIE Min.The Pingyi County People's Hospital, Pingyi 273300, China

 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing measures of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods Review and analyze the nursing measures, illness observation and health education to 48 cases diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Results After the 48 patients had been treated and nursed, 45 cases gradually took a turn for the better and left hospital,3 cases dead of lung infection, cardiopulmonary insufficiency,multiple organ failure and brain infarction. The healed and improved rate is 93.8%.Conclusion The early using of reasonable treatment, strict monitoring, reasonable and effective observation, nursing and health education is contribute to the diabetic ketoacidosis patient's condition, reduce the patient's mortality. ......
