 【摘要】 目的 研究抵抗素与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的相关性，探讨抵抗素对2型糖尿病合并冠心病的作用和机制。方法 选择正常对照组51例，2型糖尿病组72例和2型糖尿病合并冠心病组75例，测定抵抗素、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素。结果 血清抵抗素浓度与年龄、SBP、DBP、TG呈正相关；与BMI、HOMA-IR等无相关性。结论 抵抗素水平的升高与2型糖尿病合并冠心病形成有关。

 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of resistin with type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.Methods The adiponectin,GHbA1c, TC, TG, HDL, LDL, FPG and FINS were measured in 45 healthy people,55 patients with T2DM, and 60 patients with T2DM with coronary heart disease.Results The resistin showed association with year,SBP,DBP and TG,and no association with BMI,and HOMA-IR.Conclusion The increase of resistin was related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular complication of patients of T2DM ......
