【摘要】 目的：探讨银杏叶提取物联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果，以便制定合理的用药方案。方法：收集本院在2014年1月-2015年4月急诊收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。两组均给予常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采用银杏叶提取物联合百令胶囊的方案进行治疗；对照组在此基础上采用百令胶囊进行治疗，比较两组患者的尿蛋白、血清肌酐、尿素氮、血浆白蛋白及血液动力学指标等。结果：观察组治疗后的全血黏度、血浆黏度、全细胞压积分别为(4.82±1.51)mPa·s、(0.43±0.20)mPa·s、(0.61±0.06)，均明显优于对照组的(6.40±2.21)mPa·s、(0.56±0.16)mPa·s、(0.37±0.04)，差异均有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Bailing Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy，in order to develop a reasonable regimen method.Method：The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in emergency department of our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，50 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional therapy.On the basis of this，the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Bailing Capsule.The control group was treated with Bailing Capsule on the basis of conventional therapy.The urinary protein，serum creatinine，urea nitrogen，plasma albumin and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the whole blood viscosity，plasma viscosity，hematocrit of the observation group were (4.82±1.51)mPa·s，(0.43±0.20)mPa·s，(0.61±0.06) respectively，which were significantly better than (6.40±2.21)mPa·s，(0.56±0.16)mPa·s，(0.37±0.04) of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P, 百拇医药(万莉莉) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
