【摘要】 通过整理和总结国内近年来针灸对脑卒中后平衡功能障碍治疗方法的相关文献，较系统了解针灸对该病的影响。分别从中西医理论基础和临床应用两方面对各家的特点和经验进行总结，探讨针灸及相应治疗相结合方法对于脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的评价方法和治疗效果，同时指出今后应在针灸治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的基础研究加强研究。

 【Abstract】 To systematically understand the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on balance dysfunction after stroke by sorting out and summarizing recent years’ literature. Respectively， from the theoretical basis and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine to sum up the characteristics and experience of each summarize. To investigate the combination of acupuncture and appropriate treatment methods to balance dysfunction after stroke evaluation methods and treatment. Also pointed out that research should strengthen basic research in acupuncture treatment after stroke balance dysfunction in the future.
