【摘要】 二肽基肽酶IV(DPP-4)抑制剂作为一种新型口服降糖药，其作用机理基于葡萄糖依赖性肠促胰素，能全面降低空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)，同时减少低血糖发生和体重增加的风险，具有保护胰岛β细胞、可能延缓疾病进程、安全性良好等治疗优势。本文对DPP-4抑制剂的药效学、药代动力学特点及安全性做一综述。
