【摘要】 随之社会的进步和医学的发展，人文精神的培养越来越受到重视。在临床护理工作中，人文精神的作用愈发显得重要。由于我国人文教育起步较晚，发展得并不完善。重视护士人文精神的培养，在促进护理学科的发展方面起着非常重要的作用。本文就目前我国护士人文精神培养的现状、加强其培养的重要性以及对策作一综述。
