【摘要】 偏头痛是临床常见的原发性头痛类型，近年来关于其与缺血性脑卒中关系的研究越来越多。研究表明偏頭痛与缺血性脑卒中风险增加有关，但二者相互关联的可能发病机制尚不十分清楚，可能机制包括皮层扩散抑制、卵圆孔未闭、高凝状态及内皮功能障碍、动脉夹层及遗传因素等。
