【摘要】 目的：探讨非药物护理干预对脑卒中失眠患者的康复效果。方法：选取2017年3月-2018年2月本院收治的腦卒中失眠患者78例。根据患者入院时编号不同将其分为对照组(单号)和观察组(双号)，各39例。对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组在对照组基础上给予非药物护理干预。观察护理1、2周时患者的睡眠情况和心理焦虑评分，以及康复效果、住院时间和治疗费用。结果：护理1、2周，观察组每晚睡眠时间均多于对照组，入睡时间、觉醒次数均少于对照组，焦虑评分均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药
 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the rehabilitation effect of non pharmacological nursing intervention on patients with stroke and insomnia.Method：A total of 78 patients with stroke and insomnia in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected.According to the different patient’s admission number，they were divided into control group(odd numbers) and observation group(even numbers)，39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group was given non pharmacological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The sleep status and psychological anxiety score，and rehabilitation effect，hospitalization time and treatment cost in two groups were observed at 1 and 2 weeks after nursing.
