【摘要】 目的：观察对急性期脑卒中并发抑郁患者行以中西医联合康复治疗的临床效果。方法：择取2015年1月-2017年12月本院收治的97例急性期脑卒中并发抑郁患者，随机将所选患者分成对照组与观察组，对照组47例患者行以常规西医康复治疗，观察组50例患者行以中西医联合康复治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果：治疗后观察组患者的临床总有效率为94.00%，对照组临床总有效率为78.72%，观察组明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，而治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分、HAMD评分、CSS评分均低于对照组，BI指数高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药
