【摘要】 目的：探究加味生地六味益腎活血汤联合西医对慢性肾小球肾炎患者临床疗效、肾功能及实验室指标的影响。方法：选取2015年6月-2017年6月本院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者100例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗，研究组患者在此基础上给予加味生地六味益肾活血汤治疗，两组均治疗12周。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后的肾功能指标(24 h蛋白定量、血肌酐及尿素氮水平)及实验室指标(尿红细胞、胆固醇及甘油三酯水平)。结果：研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为86.00%，明显高于对照组的68.00%(P, 百拇医药

 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Modified Shengdi Liuwei Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine on clinical efficacy，renal function and laboratory index in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Method：A total of 100 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected，according to the random number table method，they were divided into study group and control group，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，and study group was treated with Modified Shengdi Liuwei Yishen Huoxue Decoction on this basis，they were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy，renal function indexes(24 h protein quantification，serum creatinine and urea nitrogen)，laboratory indexes(urine red blood cell，cholesterol and triglyceride)before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in study group was 86.00%，which was significantly higher than 68.00% of control group(P, 百拇医药(何丽杰 车启富) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
