【摘要】 本文旨在对脑卒中患者自我管理的概念定义、评估方式、影响因素等做出分析，梳理干预措施，为今后研制开发信效度和敏感度较高的自我管理评估测量工具，形成有效干预措施带来帮助，从而降低生活中脑卒中的发病率和复发率。
