【摘要】 证素辨证是继承及整合、八纲、脏腑辨证内容的基础上，提出的中医辨证思维规律，遵循中医学理论进行整体的综合评估。当前，围绝经期肥胖的中医诊断缺乏客观的标准和规范。对肥胖的相关研究均以“痰湿”为诊疗思路，将中医理论与证素辨证相结合认为围绝经期的病机与痰湿、气滞、气虚、脾、肝、肾证素相关。
