  [摘要] 目的：探讨依那普利联合不同药物治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法：将本院2009年1月～2011年7月收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者80例，根据患者知情同意原则，按照治疗方法不同分为治疗1组与治疗2组，每组40例。治疗1组给予口服依那普利联合灯盏细辛注射液治疗，治疗2组给予口服依那普利联合阿魏酸钠注射液治疗，15 d为1个疗程，两组均连续2个疗程。评价临床疗效，测定两组治疗前后的血常规、肝功能、电解质、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)以及24 h尿蛋白(Upro)，观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗1组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于治疗2组(P0.05)。结论：依那普利联合灯盏细辛治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效优于依那普利联合阿魏酸钠治疗，值得在临床中推广应用。

 The observation of curative effect about dealing with chronic glomerulonephritis using enalapril combined with other drugs

 [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the observation of curative effect about dealing with chronic glomerulonephritis using enalapril combined with other drugs. Methods: There were 80 chronic glomerulonephritis patients who were chosen to receive treatment in our hosptial during January 2009 to July 2011. These patients were divided into 2 groups which were called group 1 and group 2. The patients in group 1 were treated using enalapril combined with erigeron at the same time patients in group 2 were treated using enalapril combined with sodium ferulate, fifteen days was a course of the treatment and the research lasted for 2 courses of the treatment. Both groups of the patients' blut-routine-untersuchung, liver function, electrolyte, BUN, Scr and Upro had been measured. The untoward effect had also been observed. Results: The efficiency of group 1 was better than group 2; the records of BUN, Scr and Upro for both groups were also better than that before treatment. Besides, these records of group 1 were also better than thoses of group 2. Conclusion: The curative effect of enalapril combined with erigeron are better than enalapril combined with sodium ferulate, it should be extended.
