【摘要】 目的 脑卒中单元是一种多元医疗模式，需要多学科的配合，尤其是护理工作。本研究目的是探讨脑卒中单元(stroke unit)的护理模式，建立脑卒中单元的护理程序。方法 对366例脑卒中患者进行随机分组，实验组183例，包括入院后第1天开始进行体位护理，病情稳定后配合综合护理及功能康复训练；对照组183例只作常规护理。结果 两组患者功能缺损评分，berthel指数及Rankin(MRS)积分差异均有显著意义，实验组患者恢复程度更加明显。结论 综合护理模式在急性脑卒中患者比在常规护理模式更具优越性。

 【Abstract】 Objective Stroke unit is a diversified medical model,with the need for multidisciplinary,in particular care.The purpose of this study was to explore stroke unit(stroke unit)models of care,the establishment of stroke unit care procedures.Methods 366 cases of stroke patients were randomized experimental group 183 cases,including the first day after admission to nursing position in a stable condition after with comprehensive care and rehabilitation training; 183 cases of the control group only for routine care.Results The two groups of patients with functional defect score,berthel index and Rankin(MRS)Integral differences were significant,the recovery of the experimental group with more obvious.Conclusion Integrated care model in patients with acute stroke care than in the conventional model has more advantages. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
