【摘要】 目的 探讨肝硬化合并胆道结石患者的外科手术治疗。方法 收集、分析我院2002年12月至2009年12月收治的65例肝硬化合并胆道结石患者的临床资料。结果 62例患者治愈,死亡3例,术后出现食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血3例。结论 肝硬化合并胆道结石患者手术耐受性较差,手术方式应该简单有效,手术中严密止血。
