  【摘要】 目的 更好显示免疫复合物在肾小球肾炎和肾小球病中的形态和定位。方法 采用六胺银套染马松三色染色。结果 能更精确显示肾小球肾炎和肾小球病中各种免疫复合物的形态与定位,并可对肾小球内增生胶原成分区分为Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型。结论 有利于病理医师观察, 对提高肾小球病理诊断及科研工作具一定实用价值。
