  [摘要]目的：比较乙肝病毒感染的正常携带者、肝硬化及肝癌患者红细胞CD58分子水平是否存在差异，以探讨CD58可否作为判断病情的一个标志。方法：分别抽取乙肝携带者、肝硬化及肝癌的全血，测定红细胞CD58分子的表达情况，以正常人作为对照组，比较各组间差异。结果：三组患者红细胞CD58分子数量的表达均显著低于正常对照组，差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论：CD58是判断乙肝病毒感染发展的一个较好指标。
