【摘要】 目的 分析儿童配戴软性角膜接触镜的安全性。方法 125例在中山大学中山眼科中心验配日抛型硅水凝胶软性角膜接触镜儿童的病例记录， 分析并发症的发生情况。结果 两年间共记录有21个儿童发生共23次并发症， 最常见的并发症是隐形眼镜乳头性结膜炎(9例)。结论 日戴型硅水凝胶角膜接触镜在儿童配戴过程中的并发症发生率为9.2(人/年)， 而且通过加强宣教和定期复查或可进一步减少其发生。

 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze safety by children soft corneal contact lens. Methods Medical records of 125 children with daily silicone hydrogel soft corneal contact lens in Zhongshan ophthalmic center of Sun Yat-sen University were researched for their complications analysis. Results A total of 23 occurred complications were recorded in 21 children during 2 years. The most major complication was contact lens papillary conjunctivitis (9 cases). Conclusion Incidence of complications in daily silicone hydrogel soft corneal contact lens is 9.2 (people/year).

 It can be further reduced by enhanced education and regular examination.
