12月9日，据微信公众号“定南发布”消息，近日，江西省赣州市定南县出台并发布《关于加大力度促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的若干措施》。

措施提及，2024年7月26日至2025年12月31日期间，在全县范围内购买房地产开发企业依法开发建设的新建商品住房（含二手住房）的（以合同网签时间为准），且在2026年3月31日前缴清契税的，由县财政给予契税缴交额50%的消费补贴。
