新京报贝壳财经讯 12月9日，据北京规自委官网披露，北京市丰台区西南郊冷库及周边城中村改造项目FT00-2404-0005地块上架用地预申请，起始价40.08亿元，预申请受理时间自2024年12月9日起至2025年1月7日。

公告显示，上述地块位于丰台区玉泉营街道，土地性质为R2二类居住用地，土地面积约2.74万平方米，建筑控制规模约6.91万平方米，开发程度为“七通一平”。
